At 4th Harmonic, we’ve developed our own suite of data analytics tools, MAXWELL, to enhance our capacity to make sense of the information that’s available, and to apply what’s needed to develop customised solutions to achieve your targets.

MAXWELL enables us to uniquely measure and analyse ad hoc data within various organisational, industrial and commercial networks and systems. Most software is designed to track and manage various people, assets, dollars or other ‘objects’. MAXWELL does that - and then analyses the relationships between these objects, building a dynamic model of an industry, major project or supply chain that provides a unique picture of a business, program or industry ecosystem.

Developed by our co-founder Charles Carnegie, MAXWELL is named after John C. Maxwell, a physicist who described how to overcome systems failure.

We use it in combination with other tools, our knowledge of major industry systems and what clients tell us about their business, industry and project to achieve results such as:
